Delta State Chapter Leader

Mrs. Eze-Owenz Ogo Fidelia is the CEO/Managing Director of Flourishing Fields Agribusiness and Global Consult, a leading enterprise in agricultural business and consulting. A seasoned farmer and registered agro dealer with federal ministry of agriculture and food security, she has built a strong reputation in agricultural development and business advisory services.
In addition to her leadership role, Mrs. Eze-Owenz serves as a Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) for the PIND Foundation and is the MSME Cohort Leader on the USAID-MIP program. She provides business development plans for MSMEs, facilitates market linkages, and enhances access to finance for small businesses. Her dedication to advancing agricultural practices extends to her role as an Agriextensionist and the President of the Women in Agriculture Network under the LIFE-ND Project in Delta State. She is also the Delta State Chairman of LABif.
With a specialized focus on Agricultural Business, Mrs. Eze-Owenz holds an HND inAccounting, a BSc in Banking and Finance, a PGD in Public Administration, and two Master’s degrees—an MSc in Finance and an MSc in Management.
