Francisca Fiberesima is a poised and driven professional who exemplifies both grace and determination in leadership. Known for her exceptional communication, interpersonal, and numeric skills, Francisca thrives in both team settings and independent roles.   • B.Sc. in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Animal Science (PGD)
  • Higher National Diploma in Animal Science

Francisca currently leads the Riverine Chapter of TIWAEA, where she inspires and guides members in agricultural advancement and empowerment. Additionally, she has held significant roles such as Head of Department for Livestock Farming, Assistant to the Desk Officer for the Avian Influenza Project in Rivers State, and Livestock Facilitator for the National Programme for Food Security. She also served as Desk Officer for the World Bank/EU/SEEFOR Technical Programme in Vocational and Agricultural Training for the Rivers State School-to-Land Programme.

A committed member of multiple agricultural professional associations, Francisca has enriched her expertise by attending numerous seminars, workshops, and conferences. She also holds leadership positions within the Riverine Women in Agriculture Association, Rivers State, and is an active smallholder farmer.
