Olaitan Elizabeth Ariyo is a dynamic Agric-preneur and dedicated farmer, armed with a B.Agriculture in Forestry, Wildlife, and Fisheries Management.

As a Country Representative at Tammy’s International Women in Agriculture Empowerment Association (TIWAEA), I am fiercely committed to uplifting women in agriculture. My focus is on empowering women farmers with sustainable agricultural practices, data-driven strategies, and comprehensive capacity building, particularly for those at the grassroots level. With my expertise in new business development and strategic planning, I drive our team to champion the economic growth of women in agriculture.

In my role as CEO of Betsyde Nigeria Limited, I lead operations with agility and strategic foresight, cultivating a culture of excellence that permeates our work. My proficiency with Figma software, combined with outstanding presentation and communication skills, ensures our mission resonates clearly with stakeholders, solidifying our leadership in agricultural development and women’s empowerment.

Through impactful partnerships with organizations like USAID and PIND Foundation, I spearhead initiatives that enhance agricultural value chains, promote climate-smart practices, and bolster food security. I am dedicated to ensuring that women and youth are fully equipped to excel in today’s ever-evolving agricultural landscape.
